Diagnostic: Trouble shoot, Test, Provide repair estimate $45.00
Computer set back to factory: approximately 1.5 hours
Includes Diagnostic, Hardware test and general cleaning
Computer set back to factory : approximately 2.0 hours
with back ups. Includes Diagnostic, Hardware test and general cleaning
Computer repair without depends on issue but
setting back to factory : usually less then 3 hours
Our rates are $65 per hour in store / $85 per hour outside
Do you guarantee your service?
Yes! If there is a problem with the service we provided notify us we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost if the problem is related to the service provided.
If your issue is associated to a virus then we can repair at regular service rates.
Is there anything I need to bring when I drop off my computer for service at the store?
If you're bringing in a laptop for service, remember both your power cable and the system discs that came with the computer. For service of a desktop PC, just bring your system discs along.
